Last Updated: May 21, 2017 07:50PM PDTCancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the AAN-FC Registration Support Center. Please note, if you also booked a hotel reservation, you will need to cancel directly with the hotel.
For a full refund of your registration less a $50 administrative fee, cancellation requests must be received by September 8, 2017. No refunds will be issued after this date.
To submit your registration cancellation request, send us a message through the AAN-FC Registration Support Center:
- Select Attendee for the Attendee Type.
- Select Registration for the Case Category.
- Select Modify or Cancel Registration for the Registration Topic.
- Complete the required fields and include your registration confirmation number (found on your emailed confirmation) and reason for canceling in the message body.
