The quickest and easiest way to register is online via the AAN-FC Registration Site. Credit card payments are only accepted online.
  1. Visit the AAN-FC Registration Site.
  2. Members: Please log in with your AAN username and password. 
  3. Nonmembers: Please create an account. 
  4. If you are not currently an AAN member or do not have an AAN username, you must create an account to register for the AAN 2017 Fall Conference.
  5. Once you are logged in, please follow the on-screen instructions.

Alternatively, you may request a written registration form by sending us a message through the AAN-FC Support Center. Registration forms are only accepted for check payments. Submit your registration form by fax to 415.293.4071, or mail it along with your check payment per the below instructions. Please do not e-mail, fax, or mail registration forms to the AAN headquarters.

Check or money order payments must be made payable to the American Academy of Neurology, drawn on a US bank in US dollars. Mail your check or money order along with your completed registration form to:
